A Child’s Place Preschool and Childcare Center was established in 2007.
Our center has evolved into a quality childcare provider and pre-school program that will enhance the educational development of your child. A Child’s Place has now built and established success as a high quality Center that serves Children Ages one to five.
Much of this success is the result of the values and beliefs of Tara Gosine, our director.
Tara's thought was to provide “tender loving care and education too” for each child. Not much has changed over the years. We all share the goal of making sure that your child knows that he or she is someone special, and needs to be educated and prepared to succeed in life. Tara has a long background in Early Childhood Education including Accreditation Mentor for the Early Learning Coalition of Florida’s Heartland Inc, Early Childhood Teacher for Charlotte Tech, Validator for the National Association of Child Care Professionals and National Association of Family Child Care Gold Seal Accreditation, Parent Educator for the Sarasota Family YMCA and many specialty Training, these experiences are shared with all staff members and every employee to be an ambassador of company principles demonstrating love, integrity, generosity, self-discipline and hard work -- simply treating others as we would want to be treated. The current management team has molded these values into their strategic plans and operating practices. These values, along with a team approach to management, have empowered A Child’s Place Preschool and child Care to grow and become a valued provider in the community with employees who really love and care for your children each day. Tara’s commitments to quality, education, and safety have been passed on to all staff members who oversee the operations.
What We Believe
We believe that every child is precious, with basic needs - social, physical, emotional and intellectual. We will work to instill proper manners and values, honesty and sharing, respect and self worth in your child. It is our purpose to meet those needs when your child is in our care, by providing a safe and loving environment here at our school. If a child can get a good feeling about learning at the preschool age they will carry it with them for life. Good feelings about learning and discovery are what keep us striving to discover new ways to make learning a fun experience.
Children are our future. We need to love and nurture them everyday. With all of us working together, our future will be happier and brighter.
